Refunds will be given minus $50 non refundable fee up to 21 days prior to start of classes.

21 days prior to start of classes no refunds will be given instead a credit will be given good towards any other semester or birthday party. (This credit will include the $50 non refundable registration fee so you will not lose the fee)

*No refunds or credits after the first week of classes*

Missed classes must be made up within the same semester and will not carry over as tuition or credit towards a new semester.

There will be a 3%credit card service fee applied to all credit card transactions


If we are forced to shut down or go full virtual due to COVID-19 please read the following policy:

1) We will pivot to an outside location if the Department of health shuts down inside businesses. On rainy days we will move to a virtual setting. No refunds will be given.

2) Should my child remain for the duration of the program (in-person and virtual) there will be no refund or credit offered

3) Should my child decide that they will not participate in outside and or virtual classes, a pro-rated credit will be applied to future registration.

I agree to assume responsibility for my child(ren) and myself and/or caregiver when upon the premises operated by Rockin’ Tots! ROCKIN TOTS Productions Inc., and will hold harmless Rockin’ Tots!, ROCKIN TOTS Productions Inc, and any of its employees and/or agents in the event of any personal injury, property damage or loss, indemnifying said parties of any loss that I might incur as a result.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT MAKEUPS:
We guarantee one makeup, however we will honor more than one makeup only if scheduling allows it. Scheduling is strictly based on availability. In Lieu of a makeup you may bring a sibling or a friend to class based on space and availability.
Makeups must be confirmed by Darlene or the office.
All of your makeup classes need to be completed by the end of the Current Session you are enrolled in
(they do not roll over into the next session)
